Dr. Mehrnoosh Darj
Dr. Mehrnoosh Darj is the founder and CEO of ARO Med Spa. A clinician first and an entrepreneur always, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University in 1998 and an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2016, and has completed more than 2,000 hours of continuing education across dentistry and aesthetic medicine. Before founding ARO, Dr. Darj built and led a three-location dental practice in El Paso — an experience that shaped ARO’s physician-led, patient-first culture.In aesthetic medicine she has pursued advanced training in injectables and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) therapies, including training in Paris (AIME) and study with leading PRF educators Dr. Richard Miron and Ana Pereira. Her approach is deliberately conservative — enhance, never overdo — choosing treatments that support each patient’s well-being and natural glow. She founded ARO to bring advanced noninvasive treatments home to her El Paso community. In her words: “I understand what it takes for us women to give it all. It’s time to smile — and give some of that care back to ourselves.” Outside the clinic, her curiosity runs wide — cultures, family philosophy, and human emotions — the same understanding of people she brings to every patient relationship.
